Great service, she did an amazing job
The staff were good but the scheduling is not okay. They scheduled me in between back to back surgeries and, through no fault of her own, the doctor had less than no time for me. She and the assistant did their best but it was very rushed which led to me having a panic attack during the appointment. My only complaint about the care itself was that the doctor didn’t wait not even 5 seconds for the local anesthetic to work before cutting into me. I am really happy and pleased with the service and positive attitude of the staff. They are always so upbeat and helpful. Dr. Kathleen Elmer Is one of the best in her profession. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. I recommend Colorado Dermatology Institute if you are looking for the best treatment and care.
I completed a review of their north location last year, I believe. When the VA scheduled my appointment, they never specified which office I was supposed to visit. I mistakenly went to the north location when my appointment was actually at the south location. The gentleman at the front desk of the north office was outstanding.
