Spent over 2 hours on hold, when I gave up and called the county that is in charge of my birth certificate they told me not to expect a response or change from them for at least 3 months! For a simple last name change. It's crazy, god forbid we need our documents to do things in our lives. JFC
They are the worst people guys don't waist your time filling for reasonable accommodation just report to the attorney jeneral or HUD so they can give them a little push they are running that program and abuse of authority denying every special needs accommodation makes me sick to the stomach anymore people want to file class action lawsuit that is going through this lets get together🙃
They refuse to help with absolutely anything. Their lack of ability/ accountability is mind boggling. Wasted roughly 8hrs just trying to get a hold of anyone. Had to give up because the rep I did have quit working here (can’t blame him. Them refusing to be helpful is just a glimpse into how poorly they run this organization.)
Never returns calls. Impossible to get a hold of ANYONE even during operating hours.
