Colorado Damage Restoration came to my house to investigate a musty smell in my primary bathroom. Caleb, who did the investigation, showed up on time, was very respectful and was very efficient. He was knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. He found the problem and fixed it immediately. I am very impressed with this Company and would encourage anyone who is looking for an honest and reliable Company, I highly recommend Colorado Damage Restoration.

I cannot recommend Caleb enough. He is incredibly prompt, professional, meticulous, and genuinely knowledgeable. Dealing with water damage and potential mold for the first time can be incredibly stressful and scary, and Caleb has made the entire process feel so much more manageable. Caleb was so helpful and kind through our entire mold mitigation process. He is clearly an expert in his field and made us feel comfortable and reassured. By far the most affordable (we got multiple quotes) and very clearly not trying to upcharge or take advantage of the mold trend right now- just doing solid work. 10/10 highly recommend.
