Caleb responded to my initial phone call within 45 min. He came assessed the issued, provided a quote for his service of drying water soaked carpet and pad. He put his equipment in place, started the process and monitored it every day until the carpet was dry. He was able to remove equipment prior to completion and reduced the cost appropriately. First let me say that if you're reading this, I'm sorry that you need restoration services, but the good news is that you need not look any further for a restoration company! We cannot say enough good things about this company. Caleb Halsey, the owner, is a wonderful person and has a fantastic work ethic. Caleb was responsive, very attentive, and provided exceptional service from start to finish. I hope to never see him again under these circumstances, but I would absolutely use him again!
We had a pipe crack in our basement in Windsor and started flooding in the ceiling and walls. Caleb came out very quickly and helped us get the water cleaned up and drying equipment set up. Fantastic service and company. Our basement has been restored. Highly recommend.
