We had a great experience with Colorado Custom Iron Works. Jason was knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions. He told me when my idea would work and when we needed to make a different choice. Our rail was done on time and the install team was great. They were friendly, prompt, did a great job and cleaned up after install. I highly recommend them. And our rail is beautiful and secure!
Our experience was terrible. We had Jason come by our newly constructed home to provide an estimate, which he sent to us the following day. We then visited the showroom, and the person who we believe is the owner had such a bad attitude, and it was clear to us that he had no interest in our business. Furthermore he was highly unprofessional, telling us that he was going to fire Jason as his estimate was too low.
