As their website says "with so many flooring companies out there..." Well choose another one. Workmanship: poor, Customer Service: even worse. We own a new, high end home and couldn't be more displeased with the garbage that is our floors. We used a company 10 years ago to install hardwood floors. They were significantly less expensive and and the work was great. Do yourself a favor and choose another company.
