This guy doesn’t pay his employees
Five and a half months into a 3 week project with Colorado Custom Floors (CCF) we finally have our house back! After a complete debacle with a stair railing that did not meet industry standards or building code, we ultimately had to terminate our contract with CCF and hire other contractors to complete the work. In addition we found out later that they did not use either of the floor coating products (Arboritec or Loma) that were called out in our contract but rather used a less expensive lower quality product.
