Dr. Francis is one of the most thorough and kind physicians I have ever been under the care of. She takes her time, and makes sure all my questions are answered. Edina is the best aesthetician you can get any skin care from. I will always be loyal to those who care with all their heart.
I found the staff to be friendly and outgoing while still being professional. Dr. Mahsa Amir is wonderful!
condescending and rude
Front desk lady was rude to my husband but very nice to other patients, told my husband that his appointment was not until 1pm, but we got there early to sign paperwork and update our insurance information. She should of thanked my husband for doing such action due to staying on schedule for all other staff. When we saw the dermatologist she just seen my husband and right away mentioned it was " nickle allergy" when we already knew that! We asked on other skin reliever for his forehead and eye area and she was just hesitant ... read more
