I had the pleasure of working with Jackie as a care coordinator she was beyond helpful and caring I was so thankful for everything she did for our family. Today I made a call and I think her name was Regina - I cannot remember 100% - but she was incredibly helpful. I am so thankful for resources like CCHA.
They won’t stop calling me. I have told them numerous times that I will call when I’m ready and need services and they STILL continue to call. Will be blocking the number

Today I got sent a letter from Colorado Community Health Alliance with a survey attached asking how they could serve my better. Farther down the letter they go on to explain they'll be using DataStat (an independent research firm) to help conduct the survey....LOLOLOL. You both are joking right? There are 38 questions, and they ask about my personal doctor, health plan, counseling and mental health treatment, and "about me."
