The people are very welcoming. It feels like home when you walk into the office. The doctor and very professional, fast, and helpful.
Professionalism and attention to detail. I have had a life of trauma and haven't had medical care in years. The doctor was attentive, thorough and experienced enough to remind me of extra diagnoses I might not rather not remember. It was a helpful talk therapy session for me as well with guidance for quitting tobacco. The secretary was a sweetheart, helpful in calmly and patiently guiding me through some web forms to fill out. As an old techie myself I can attest she knows how to navigate online forms smoothly. :)
