0 Star : My Experience Good communication is the cornerstone of any successful business. The automated email system is a poor means of communication; especially, when it is inaccurate - not to mention that it is impersonal. It resulted in miscommunication and an unnecessary 40 minutes of driving on our part - time and money. Eliminate it - all updates should be personal phone calls.
