In all my years of going to the dentist, this was the first place where the customer service was great from the front door to the back. I felt very at ease.
Very caring and considerate of an old hard of hearing lady. Did and thorough and excellent cleaning and answered all my questions.
The care and explanation of services was excellent. All the people of the office make sure that I am kept well informed and very well taken care of.
For all the things the Dr. had to do, he was very patient with me. He always stopped when I asked him too. Thanks from a Happy customer.

This was a very good experience. I liked Dr. Frederick. He was very professional, friendly and informed. His confidence to correct an ongoing problem gave me confidence that at last, I will have a permanent solution. His assistant, Nikki, was also very personable and knowledgeable.
