The cleaning was excellent. You found a little cavity, took care of it the next day. No problems, never wait more than a few minutes, friendly staff. I send my family here.
The staff was courteous and polite. Any question or concern I had was answered promptly.
I was grateful to get in quickly with an urgent problem and was pleased it could be taken care of in a timely manor. I also liked that the cost was discussed before anything was done.
I saw Dr. Frederick for a crown and several fillings, and was impressed from the very start. The experience was pain-free from the start, even including the anesthetic injections. I was kept informed on what was going on through the entire process, and there were several options brought to the table throughout to help me make informed decisions for the best care possible. I will be recommending Dr. Frederick and his colleagues to anyone I know needing dental care!
Dr. Smith & Kim are the best dental techs I have ever experienced - Major double crown work & tooth extraction with no pain. Always a excellent experience. Terrific communication and concern with patient - Highly recommended!
Dr. Smith always goes beyond my expectations in care quality, kindness, and making sure his work stays high quality. It helps make an unenjoyable, anxiety inducing experience bearable, and helps me to be willing to keep coming for needed procedures.
My visit was just fine. The office folks are wonderful as always and Casey Is Amazing!
Over the past couple of weeks, I've had a cleaning done and also decided to go forward with 2 crowns. In the past I've not been very enthusiastic about dental visits, but these folks have changed my mind; they're a pleasure to have work done with. They don't try to force expensive or unnecessary treatments on you, but offer options and information to help you make the best decision for You (a rare thing these days).
