When I arrived for my appointment they were not able to find it in their schedule. I had received a confirmation text but for some reason it was not in the system. They were able to move things around and provide the service I was scheduled for. While they need to improve their scheduling system they remained professional throughout.

very good and time efficient
Things went great in the front waiting area and in the back. Dr. Frederick was more at ease today and I am very please with the work he has done on my root canal and crown. His helper is super for she takes her time in explaining everything. There was a young lady shadowing her while I was there and the tech helper was super with her. Y'all are very lucky and blessed to have her on your staff for she is pleasant, caring, and understanding if you have a problem. Aimee was insightful enough to set me up with A great tooth paste at the last cleaning session. The water pic was intolerable die to my sensitive teeth. This time she was able to do 3/4s of my teeth with the water pic vs the hand scraping method. I wasn't jumping out of the chair. She is so kind and considerate. I live the Fillmore office!
Excellent treatment. Experienced dentist.
