The office was able to get me scheduled right away for an appointment. Both the hygienist and dentist were very detailed and informative about explaining what they were doing and also what to expect for an upcoming procedure. I felt very comfortable through the whole process. Excellent customer service!
I had some jaw/tooth pain and Colorado Dental Group was able to schedule me in that day. I was even late to my appointment and they were very accommodating. The staff and doctor was friendly, informative and met my needs. I always have a good experience when I am here. Thank you!
Doctor Clarkson was amazing! Fantastic hands, caring, intelligent, and know's what she's doing. If you don't really like going to the dentist, this place is for you. 100% pain free. The only reason I gave 4/5 stars is because their check in girl is not really up to par. She gives bad time estimates (really bad), and if you call about pricing they like to try to "sell" you extra procedures... did not like that. I love the fact that the dentist and the staff are so honest. They never fail to tell my daughter if she needs to brush or floss better. It's nice to know she has someone who really cares. I will always recommend Dr. Josh.
The people at Colorado Dental Group are always very nice and courteous. No matter the age, they make you feel comfortable to be there. My daughters actually don't mind going to the dentist. They are also upfront about any charges that may be incurred so there are no surprises.
Great experience. Was treated well and with respect. Had not been to a dentist for probbly 5 years and really needed a cleaning, and need some other stuff later on. Our previous dentist is too far away in another city, so we needed one close to home. I am sure we picked the right one. Dr. Smith is very likeable and thorough in his examinations. Staff is totally friendly and knowledgeable.
