My dentist is great. Easy to work with.
Truly excellent customer service from the start. I was the first to arrive (my wife and son came later) and was very pleased at the process of filling out the questionnaire and that the new patient sign up process had already begun for them as well even though they weren't there yet. It was the first time I filled out medical forms that had questions about how much I wanted to be informed and how I preferred that to be handled. Everyone was great from the moment I arrived until I was done. What an efficient and professional group and I loved that you asked how I liked to be informed and then followed that during my time there. Excellent all around.
I had a fantastic experience with Colorado Dental Group. In particular, my dental hygienist was fantastic. Typically, dental hygienists have been unkind and rough due to my small mouth. However, the woman who worked with me was compassionate and understanding of my concerns, and is the real reason I would return to the office. I regret that I cannot remember her name, but I would really appreciate it if someone could share this positive review with her, as she deserve recognition for her work. Thank you VERY much!
