Had a tooth extraction on a root canal gone bad. Dr. Nakashima was very good at explaining what was going on and making sure I was as comfortable as could be while, you know, sectioning apart a bad tooth, pulling it out bit by bit, and then grinding off the roots that had fused to the bone ;-).

My visit was for a routine cleaning and checkup. That was done comfortably and efficiently. When my hygienist discovered a cavity and Dr. Clarkson confirmed it, they made room in their schedule to fix it that day so that I did not have to make a return visit. I especially appreciated that as I live out of town. As always, everyone from the front office on were wonderful and treated me like I was a VIP. Excellent teamwork and super quality service!
Great technician, Gina, who answered all my questions, was very gentle, and sensitive to my concerns. She explained what I should do to improve my dental health, and told me what was going to happen during the x-rays and cleaning. I'll ask for her again.
I truly appreciated the professionalism with the staff and recommendations that were provided during the visit.
