Do NOT use this company. I bought their Groupon and every interaction with them has been awful. Firstly, getting in touch with them is hard. I called and left a voice mail, then also messaged them twice using their own website. Three weeks went by and still no answer. I sent a separate email and they finally got back to me. It took almost a month from purchase to get someone to contact me. Then, they were hard to schedule, canceling once at the last minute, and then canceling again. Wow!! The group has just left the house and I don’t want to touch anything-that’s because everything is sparkling! They go way beyond other cleaning services by moving furniture, thoroughly cleaning baseboards, and cleaning doors. They are fast, thorough and friendly! It’s worth the extra money!

Never showed up and did not return calls...Not sure if their still in business..
Awful customer service. Called multiple times in two days to speak with someone regarding scheduling an appointment. Not once did I get an answer or even a call back. Tried to use the google chat option to ask questions and the responses on there were few and far in between. I had bought a groupon for $130 worth of services and as soon as I told them that it seemed as if they didn't even want to deal with me anymore and they stopped responding altogether.
