I bought from a vendor that came to my door ranch reserve steaks. The stakes have absolutely no marble and I could have barbecued my leather shoes and had a softer. For my experience I don't believe it is a choice me I believe it's a cutter or a canner grade. I would recommend staying away from the door to door sales people selling beef and trucks at the different stores. What a rip off. HORRIBLE quality, and I do mean HORRIBLE. If I was served a steak in a restaurant like these, I'd send it back! Tried contacting salesman to initiate a refund. No answer and no voicemail. Called Colorado Choice directly and was told we have to speak to the salesman because they don't deal with the public. He's an independent contractor, and we have to go thru him (even though the charge says Colorado Choice on my credit card...thank goodness I didn't pay by check or I'd be out of luck entirely). Rip off just stay away calls their company “Gourmet Foods” but can’t find that only found this page by the voicemail. 0/10 pushy salesman. Never buy from these guys please! Save yourself some money!
