First time going. Switched my kiddos doctor because the last absolutely refuses to listen and just upped their meds instead. Dr. Kristen actually took the time and listened to my child and myself. She ended up going a different route with the meds. I even got a hug in the end and she told me we will navigate this together. I'm hopeful these meds work but it was a wonderful feeling to have my child actually be heard.
Screwed me over so I didn't get my medications for several days and I was without.
