Oh where to begin, Stacy is one of the most rudest property managers I’ve ever dealt with. She repeatedly refused to give us our lease she went through peoples trash. I heard from other tenants that her company also had went through peoples apartments and houses when they weren’t home. Also we’ve had issues with no smoke alarms no carbon monoxide alarms the ones we had were outdated by 10 years. Also had a termites problem. Writing anonymously because I am still working with them and honestly fear repercussions... worst experience ever every property manager I have worked with has been manipulative and down right sketchy.. I pay my rent on time every month and still wonder if I’m going to have a place to live the next month.. I have seen other tenants be evicted before the end of their lease because Colorado casa sold the property from under them and of course gave them the Minimum notice.. maintenance is slow if it ever shows up

I have been working with Colorado Casa PMI for years. I started as a tenant, then a homeowner of a rental property and I'm a vendor. They have always been fair and supportive. As with any business you cant please all of the people all of the time. If you come into a situation with the right attitude and you aren't trying to be sneaky or hide anything, it will get you alot further. Stacy is very unprofessional and rude. She "forgot" about a showing she set up with us. My wife called her and she was rude and confrontational the entire phone call. Stacy then tells us she will set up a showing for us on the weekend and then at 10am saturday she calls and says the tenants said they wouldn't be home to show the house all weekend.
