One caregiver was always friendly, nice, a hard worker, professional and on time-always is what is it expected. The first caregiver was a bad driver and we almost got into 2 accidents. The third and last caregiver was kind of pouty in her attitude and didn't want to clean anything after we got back from a doctor's appointment. Kind of sketchy. The office staff and Jason, the company owner were very nice and accommodating with scheduling and customer service.
Jason, the owner, came to meet us personally at the home of our loved one and was very generous with his time. But more importantly he "got" the type of caregiver we were seeking and did a great job matching. We needed to change or increase caregiving shifts frequently and he was accessible at all hours, meeting our requests successfully. The caregiver he assigned was excellent and both she and Jason exhibited positivity and great compassion for the situation and for our loved one.
Thank you Colorado Care Assist for helping my mother. This company have been excellent in providing staffs, on time and the management team are very good and professional. Special thanks to Cynthia and Kristin who take care my mother with highest quality care with genuine compassion. Highly recommended!
Colorado Care Assist is an agency dedicated to assist elders. They have workers that are honest, caring and bilingual. My mother received the care and companionship from Dina who took her to the store, helped her with her exercises, and cleaned her apartment. Thank you Dina and Colorado Care for your kindness!
