We are so thrilled with the quality of care provided by this clinic. Our Belgian malinois puppy is still within 24 hours of bi-lateral hip surgery and we’ve already received a follow up check in from Dr. Franklin, who went above and beyond to explore and explain the best treatment options for our little girl. Drs Franklin and Miller were awesome! Thorough and compassionate. The staff was wonderful to work with. I would recommend this group to any dog owner in the region if your dog has an orthopedic issue.
Today marks 6 weeks since Shasta our Border Collie had total hip replacement. Words can not express my love and appreciation to Dr Bauer and staff for our experience. Shasta is still recovering, but the difference in his quality of life is remarkable. Shasta is sitting down again without crying in pain. He is enjoying his hiking as he is not in pain as well. My tiny Shilo had surgery and I was so anxious, but everyone took such wonderful care of her. They cuddled her and loved her and I feel so relieved knowing she wasn't left alone in a kennel all day. They provided me with detailed instructions for her recovery as well as follow up appts. You can really feel how much they really care about their patients. I will never worry about bringing my fur babies there.
Our 8 year old golden retriever had TPLO surgery yesterday with Dr. DeTora. He and his staff were amazing. Dr. DeTora met with us before and after the procedure. He explained everything about the procedure in great detail. They have an amazing facility and staff. Money well spent on our pup. We will never go anywhere else for our pets ortho issues.
We are so impressed with this facility. From the first to the last consultation the service we got was first class. Our dog had a TPLO surgery. We were kept informed on the day of surgery and given the best post surgical information we have ever received. Follow up care was excellent. The staff and doctors are the very best, professional, friendly and informative. Highly recommend.
