Everyone from the front desk staff to Dr. Todd Riecks was great, very kind and friendly. Dr. Riecks realized my Minnie was afraid and was very patient with her at both visits. Following a month of crate rest and steroids, it appears Minnie has acheived a more positive outcome. However if she relapses, I will not hesitate to bring her back to these knowledgeable and caring folks. Most highly recommended!
Not only did everyone involved love Gerard...I think Gerard loved them as well! I will be forever grateful for the kindness and care they share! Compassion at its finest!!!
With our Great Dane and Mastiff Lab, I don't know where we would be without this wonderful group of people! Best we've ever met! Thank you for everything Dr Bauer!
