CBCI is the best blood cancer institute I have been associated with. I had a stem cell transplant in August 2024. Dr Mount Joy and his team that were over the transplant are the best. The nurses in the transplant unit are the best. pre and post transplant personal are the best. The whole experience I had and am still having is the best care anyone could ask for. Went with my husband for a consultation. It went very good from the front desk to the end. Very little waiting and Dr. Nash explained and answered all our questions. All staff was great!
I was admitted into rose medical ICU with a hemoglobin level of 3.7 and received several blood transfusions to be able to stay alive. I was supposed to have a follow up appointment with their hematologist team here back in November. They continued to give me the run around and cancel my appointments due to bulls**t reasons and eventually wouldn’t even call me back to set up and appointment.
