Pedro and Charles came out to install two outdoor water spigots and fix a leaking bathtub faucet. They arrived exactly when they said they would. The plumbers were extremely helpful with my septic system design. My property has a lot of trees and not much flat ground, which made things tricky. I had hired another plumbing company before, but they couldn’t find a place for the septic system and even suggested putting part of it on my neighbor’s land! Our bidet started leaking and a plumber came out to our place the same day. We chose to have the bidet removed. Jerry had to drill into the floor to cut the drain pipe low enough, then patch up the floor. He also made a couple of small cuts in the wall to cap off the water pipes. Jerry did a great job patching the floor and wall, and he kept the dust to a minimum. He cleaned up everything before leaving. We were told the hourly rate upfront so there were no surprises.
