Jerry and Wayne did an outstanding job. Jerry managed to locate and repair a persistent leak that had stumped two other plumbers. The repair needed a considerable amount of expertise, but Jerry's experience enabled him to handle it successfully. Wayne provided exceptional support throughout, even continuing to work in heavy rain. Called the number, which was answered with "need to set up an appointment?" No "hello, this is company abc my name is...". After I said "yes", I was placed on hold and got to listen to two different holding music. After the call was answered, the guy said "this is lion home service, how may I help you". I thought i called "colorado best plumbers" but the call was eventually answered from Lion home service. brandon and jon, now to be known as pedro and jerry, showed up today to fix a broken pipe. they were really good at answering my queries and gave me a detailed rundown of everything. i'm aware that they've been swamped with work due to the unusual burst of cold weather and a surge in pipe issues.
