Hey Dan: Grilled 5 pounds of tri-tip steaks at the Broncos pre-game tailgate on Sunday using that Susie Q's Santa Maria rub you recommended. That stuff is awesome! Everybody loved it and asked about it. The last two pieces made it into the stadium in a ziploc bag in our friend's pocket. Thanks for helping me with that spice rub.
