I'd give it zero stars if I could. Illegally towed my car from my apt. complex. I was told it was apparently an accident. Okay cool, but when I asked if they were going to 1. tow it back or 2. reimburse me for the cost of getting an uber there. The lady was rude, told me see you with your keys and hung up the phone on me. Extremely unprofessional and weren't willing to own up to something that was their own fault. Essentially they stole my car.
This company steals cars and gets away with it. Office ladies are seriously rude. Asked for proof to why they towed me and they arent allowed to show the pictures. Rotten rotten people there
Stupid company should be closed. The lady answered my phone was rude and cannot understand English at all!!!
