These guys illegally tow cars .... Hoping poor unsuspecting people won't know anything about Colorado tow laws. They towed my daughter's legally parked car at 10 at night and then demanded over $400 from her. Thankfully I know a bit about this so I told her to go in a demand a PUC form which allows her to get the car back out at 15% of what they're charging or $60. Horrible company never in my life have I seen a worse company than this. They don't care abt anything when you try to talk to them they lie and claim they are the only one there. Give you a email to send concerns which gives you nonresponse. No idea how to tow vehicles without damage and then deny the damage

Wow, just wow. I get that being a tow service has it's challenges. However, this tow company sinks to a whole new level when dealing with people that they have towed. They are the worst. People are screwed once they have been towed and they make this situation worse. They talk in front of people in Spanish because they think they don't understand. And they disparage the customer. I can't imagine a more unfulfilling way to spend my life which is probably why the 2 women in the office are outrageously rude. Price gouging, disgustingly greedy and meritless admin. fees are this company's go to business practices. Not even deserving of one star.

I spoke with the woman behind the window--she informed me she does not have to provide a signed document from the business office of the Apartment complex. Now the apartment complex says it sent out notices to the renters...however, the towing company has ZERO knowledge if a car is waiting on plates or not. So the tow company sneaks in, early morning and in effect steals cars. Cars, which should not have been towed in the first place. This company towed my vehicle and charged over $300 to get it back the same day which is illegal to charge that much, because Colorado state law is $160 for the tow, $30 per day, $3.64 per mile and $2.42 per gallon for fuel, so my dad is hiring a lawyer and where suing them for over charging and not following Colorado tow law fees.

They broke into my vehicle in the middle of the night to remove my parking permit and towed me away. They said they had picture evidence of my car not having the parking pass and they refused to show me the pictures because of “company policy” I then asked for the managers info and she couldn’t give me any info on how to contact them. They only take exact change so they got a tip for towing my car. I retrieved my vehicle and saw my pass was missing and I searched for it only to find it under the passenger floor mat.
