We worked out a price with a salesman for a van at Auto Finders. We were working on getting a loan through our bank and had received our approval, but they needed one more document from the dealership. A couple of hours later we received a phone call from the salesman saying that another salesman had sold the van to someone else. That is what I call poor communication and customer service.
