I was seen without an advanced appoinment and was greeted warmly and I am always pleased with such world class service. The team that Doctor Snitzer has built is truly world class.
$65 for the doctor exam is a bit much when I saw her for a grand total of 3 minutes (I watched the clock). I could have gone without seeing the doctor at all for a cleaning appointment. It just seems like a way to tack on an extra cost that isn't necessary. I also have noticed that I have United Concordia and a friend of mine has Geha and both are out of network at the office. It seems like there are very few options for insurance that the office takes and is in-network.
Your staff is great! I always feel welcome and everyone is friendly and professional. Jackie is really a terrific hygienist. Very thorough, patient with my questions and so personable. If she is ever late for her next appointment, it's my fault because if there are no tools or fingers in my mouth, I just keep talking. Cheryl is always accommodating to work out a time for an appointment, is efficient on paperwork and extremely pleasant.
I was greeted by name right when I walked in the door. That's really nice to make me feel welcome, and Jackie did a very thorough cleaning.
My appointment was very informative. I appreciate the time that was taken for my exam and all of the explanation of the procedures and the cost.
EVERYONE is so friendly and helpful - and I really appreciate Jackie who listens and is most helpful with any problem I may have.
When I first called for an appointment it was on a Friday and no one called me back. The message didn't say that you weren't open on Fridays so I was unsure why no one called me back until Monday.
Not clear on whether I need night mouth guard. Was on my treatment plan but I thought Dr. Snitzer said I did not need. Also, no mention was made at 3/2/15 appointment about type of mouthwash recommended. Will call when I run out of what I have now.
