As advertised, no pain. Plan was reviewed during initial complimentary consultation. Process steps that had to be done were well explained and executed as described. This includes payment requirements. As procedures were performed they were well explained as they were done and all questions answered. This was as good as it gets if you have to go to a dentist. Don't go ten years between visits like me. But if you do you won't be scolded. Just follow the instructions so you can get back on track to normal visits.
