The staff was all very friendly, and took time to answer all questions. They made sure I understood the process, and the alternatives. The best part was that Kim actually filled out the annoying forms that every medical professional uses for me! She asked the questions, and filled in the blanks, so I did not have to. Nice touch!! It shows they truly care about making a pleasant experience for customers. Outstanding.
