They did some major upgrades, noticeably! And the manager is who makes this gym so inviting. He knows everyone's names, he speaks to everyone. Really makes you feel welcomed without being overbearing. He's light hearted and enjoyable to talk to, even in passing. I hope the owners know how much of an asset he is! Nothing worse than going into a gym feeling like a burden or in the way. Really really impressed.

24 hours makes this a big perk. Not an extravagant gym, but it has what you need. Plenty of free weights, machines, squat racks, benches. The usual gym equipment.
