I’ve been a loyal client of this salon for nearly ten years, having spent thousands of dollars over the years because I truly valued the services and consistency. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and downright hurtful. The salon owner made inappropriate comments and treated my mother, who sells tamales for a living, with clear disrespect. This was the WORST experience I ever had. Not only did ROSE mess up the cut and color, I was sitting there for over 3 hours. I knew she messed up but would not admit it until finally I saw the final results. HORRIBLE. She should not be in the business. The only saving grace is that I was not charged, but I had to live with the mess of her inability for the next 8 weeks. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN.
