There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. The email addresses are "invalid ". I have tried to phone them only to get a message saying "no support person is available. Call back later. I would give this company and the "Phaibion Royal" rep NO STARS!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I am so sick and tired of stylist realizing their mistake in joining an MLM and trying to recoup their money by charging outlandish prices for so called unicorns. They are very rude if you question the price and this reflects poorly on the company. This is clearly a violation of Colorstreet policy yet it goes unchecked. Maybe if you paid your stylist who are the lifeblood of your company a better sale percentage they wouldnt be gouging customers.

I just wanted to reach out and say that Color Street has been a joy to be associated with since day one. Their *********** staff is very professional and easy to work with. Ive been using Color Street off and on for about 4 years, I even became a stylist for a short period of time. I really like the concept of Color Street. It makes painting your nails accessible to people like me who have physical disabilities and cant always take the time to paint. That said, Ive had some issues. The polish does not last as long as the stylists say, especially if you use one layer. It chips within days of regular use. IF I could give zero stars I would. This is nothing other than a pyramid scheme. The product is WAYYY OVERPRICED and few actually benefit after joining this "company." What a joke..... stay far far away, every time a colorstreet item is sold greedy people benefit off others' losses. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Concept was good but quality is poor. Roughly 25% of product would not adhere to nails even when prepped and applied in exactly same manner as those that did adhere. Heavy emphasis on recruiting, thus a pyramid scheme. Same product was sold for years by the same company retail for much less, product is overpriced. Cult like tactics are used to influence and retain Stylists.

I think color street has some good nails but some super rude Stylists. I've never been so harassed about money and my time in my life. Very rude and completely different. I wouldn't recommend these nails or there stylists. Complete joke I would like my money back for all the money I spent by force cause they never stopped harassing me.

I have been trying to cancel my "Stylist" account since November! I called the number online today with no luck and was told that I can only contact Color Street via email to settle this issue. I had emailed them in November, was told to provide information necessary, and my account would deactivated within 48 hours. It is now February and I am still being charged the $10 monthly subscription to use the ***************** I have lost $40 to these crooks. Worst customer service ever! Don't become a stylist. They were able to process a refund for the monthly eSuite charges for ******* and February, since ***** first contacted us in late December. When she resigned, we replied and asked for ***** to confirm key information about the account, so we would know we were contacted by the account holder and to ensure that ***** understood the ramifications of resigning. ***** did not respond until we received this review... read more

I have always loved Colorstreet, Ive used it for quite awhile. Lately there quality on there nails have been awful. They wont stick to my nails and have came fresh from the company. Theres no reason for them not to stick and Ive tried writing to Colorstreet and they ignore me. Im very disappointed with them.
