The nail technicians at this salon are truly talented, friendly, and professional. Specially Quincy . They consistently do beautiful work, and they are the reason I’m giving more than one star. Unfortunately, the owner ( Helen) creates a very unpleasant environment. On more than one occasion, I have witnessed her arguing with and disrespecting her employees in front of customers. Came in with my family and most of them were nice except the lady who did my nails stopped before she painted my nails, with just regular polish, and said I will only paint your nails if you pay first. Very rude to be treated that way, was the only one in my family that was told that. I get my nails done every two weeks for my whole life and have never been treated that way or asked that. Won’t be back, so disrespectful
