Customer service is terrible. We went in 5 minutes after 8 o'clock and were greeted by the girl at the front desk stating that they stop accepting people at 8 o'clock. We were told that if we didn't finish we'd have to come back and pay again to finish the pieces. The staff made us feel like we were a burden to them. I will never spend my money here and I will definitely not recommend it to anyone.
Super clean and the best selection of bisque I have seen. I like how they have different discount days to save some money on the studio fee. Very nice people, too.
