I had a great time with my kids and friends that visited, but the customer experience we experienced lacked professionalism. The fact that the young girls that worked there had to be "fished" out of the back room for questions was frustrating. When my piece was picked up, the girl accidentally dropped and broke a part of my work. She offered waived studio fee for the next visit and dropped in an unfinished replacement.
