DO NOT book with Brooke. I say this two years later still cringing at photos from that appointment. She came recommended as a "blonde specialist." We had a full consultation, agreed on a price of $300–$400, and I was clear about what I wanted: blended, lived-in highlights that would look good worn up. I got my hair done by Brooke for the first time and she was amazing, definitely will be coming back. We had a thorough consultation to make sure we were on the same page before she transformed my hair. Brooke is so kind and talented at what she does and I was very happy leaving with my new hair. She took her time with my hair and explained the process as it was happening. Brooke gave me the blonde I always ask for but never get and I’m so grateful!
Brooke is amazing! First time I’ve ever come out of a hair appointment completely thrilled and happy with my hair. She spends the time to get to know you, what you want, and best of all delivers results! She is so sweet and is extremely personable, makes the appointment go by so fast. If you’re looking to find a new hair stylist, look no further, Brooke is the best!
While I enjoyed sitting in Brooke’s chair and the end result of my hair color (full highlights) was okay, the overall experience was a letdown. To start with, I was slapped with an unexpected $150 extra charge without any prior notice. This was unacceptable and I wouldn't have chosen to go with it had I known in advance. Brooke exceeded all expectations and is truly an artist of her craft! This was my first visit. She has a super cute studio, takes the time to go over what you are looking for and goes through what she will do to get you there. She is knowledgeable, takes the time to work thoroughly, and is just the sweetest. I have spent the past 5 to 6 years looking for someone to color my hair blonde and haven't been able to achieve it.
