I booked an appointment for a full regrowth colour and highlights on my only day off this month to be told I was only booked in for a haircut. I didn’t even ask for a haircut in my appointment. The salon even called and confirmed my appointment the day before. Very disappointed and highly inconvenienced. I would not recommend this salon and they have lost a customer who gets their hair done every four weeks.

I had gotten my hair done somewhere else and asked for a balayage but it came out more like an ombre. I came to Color Bar 52 and had Karen do my hair. She made it look like exactly what I wanted and it blended in so great, maybe next time I will even go lighter. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Karen!
