I currently have complaints filed against Colonywood apartments and its “manager” Jeanne Champion with both the Attorney Generals office and the BBB. And will be seeking further legal repercussions against them. She has no issue blatantly lying, and this company will do everything it can to rip you off. I've lived here for 2 years. I've had nothing but good experiences with management and maintenance. If I need anything, they are the first ones to offer support and recommendations for my family. It's not just for me, but for everyone that lives in Colonywood Apartments. I have watched them selflessly go out of their way to help a tenant whose tire was bad, and had no way to get to their doctors appointment, management helped them get a tire until the tenant could reimburse them. Do not rent from here! I lived here about two years. When I moved in they did not replace the carpet which had burn holes and stains on it. The blinds were broken and so many other problems. They were well aware of all the damages. I recently moved out and got a letter saying they were keeping my deposit plus want another 1000 dollars for damages!!!!
