I do not recommend renting from Colonywood. Management is dishonest with tenants and uses products that are unsafe for tenants health. Unwilling to clearly and directly communicate regarding issues with the units, and are willing to put tenants in a bad position with health, housing, and finances. Will cheat tenants out of their money. Unsafe management.
