Awful dirty apartments filled with roaches and mold. Reviews are bought by management with free gift cards and other incentives for positive reviews. Awful management by Cynthia she was constantly harassing me to the point that she took the trash out from the trash bin and brought it to my door and constantly breaking into apartment when I wasn’t home. Definitely a weird building it feels very closed off and smells awful all the time. Apartment walls are thin and people are loud. Manager is unpleasant and unprofessional along with maintenance crew they give residents incentives for good reviews after you move in they won’t help you or acknowledge the problems. Someone else had to move out because maintenance constantly broke into their apartment when they where away.
Colony Village Apartments is a fantastic complex to live in. In my two years as a tenant, I have seen consistent upgrades to the overall complex that have made this place a great choice for any person or family. For me, Management is understanding and responsive. Maintenance is efficient and issues are addressed immediately. The pool is also an amazing bonus as it is maintained everyday. I lived about 15 years, I like it everything is close stores and transportation. Cynthia the manager is great. Ofelia the porter is great. Bladimir the maintenance guy is great.
