I wouldn’t recommend this places. The girl that manages the property isn’t professional and takes complaints personal and won’t help with noise complaints or loitering from homeless on property. The solution to the problems is to call the police. I wouldn’t recommend if you moving here for the “gated” aspect of this property. The front door is always wide open and anyone can come in. Management doesn’t care.
Property Manager Tania is the best ! She always has the answers and when she doesn’t she finds someone who does. The responses are timely and matters are always handled appropriately.
I found this place since it offered a short term lease. The staff at the leasing office is so nice, and they made the move-in process very fast and easy. I was especially impressed with the quick response from Tania, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Also, this place is close to shopping and transportation, which is a plus.
Been living here since 2021, lots of upgrades since then. Relatively quiet and friendly neighbors and great management
