They decent I use to live there they have remodeled the neighborhood not so great
These apartments is not a safe place to stay because they don't care about the family who stay out here. They have water links in every unit and roach, carpet is dirty they don't replace anything or get fixed. They only look good on outside. The gate don't work it's always mess up. I been out here for over ten years and I been had this water problem coming from my ceiling in dinner room and the tub. The rent is so high and got all these problems. I will say these apartments are ok . You get what you pay for. The new folks really put some money into redoing the property. I was moved into a unit , and was hella surprised at the place . Besides the lil weather stripping I was impressed. And ima maintenance technician myself. Everything was updated from the appliances to the water heater to the hvac system.
