I am writing to express serious concerns regarding the conduct of the new management staff. My mother has been a resident at this complex for over 15 years, and during that time, we have never experienced issues with management until the recent staff changes a few weeks ago. Convenient location and very spacious place surprised they had 4 bedrooms.
The manager there is rude and don’t know how to talk to anyone. If I could give 0 stars I would. Wouldn’t recommend anyone staying there until they get someone who knows how to treat there residence and show respect!!
Only bad experience is with NO maintenance on site ever and the grounds look awful.
