New management is really trying to turn this place around. Issues get addressed by Ms. Kelly extremely fast. The lead maintenance man is the TRUTH. Will go out his way to fix any problems he’s capable of and will make sure someone helps in areas he can’t. His name is Mr. Dennis. Solid 5 stars for him and Ms. Kelly. It’s a lot they’re trying to fix from previous management, but making progress.
Kelly is so sweet! Property near and clean. Maintenance team always on top of things. Location is perfect.
We are enjoying living here at scenic pines. Our management is awesome and do their best to get things done for you!! We are happy.
The office and maintenance staff, especially the new guy, I think his name is John are phenomenal! After months with no AC and given no reason why, John fixed it in 20 minutes. Kelly and Nicole are great, keep up the great work guys.
