Absolute crooks after living with them for years and I finally moved out. Because the property manager stole months of rent from everyone. I gave her my move out date and address and when I finally moved. Nothing was given to new management and I got hit with fees which were rightfully mine. But since she never notified them or they didn’t do proper investigating it went to my credit report. Luis is fantastic. Best we ever had. Highly recommended. Pool stays sparkling clean.
I worked with them and when i did, they cared. They were all very nice. They never denied to fix anything, if it was broken and we mgrs reported it to mgt they fixed it. Is not to to their benefit to ignore problems they are rural housing apts. I know people thar are still there. Some saved and bought their house. Its the mgrs that fail most of the time. They owned very affordable apts, the lowest in the area and some people try to get over on us regardless. And when they failed they get angry and complain, is ok, their righ... read more
I would give this company a 0. Trying to make a complaint on one of their "employees" saying that if my father in-law didn't have a car he couldn't live in the complex. Do not use these people to manage your property because their HR and attitudes are absolutely terrible!!!
