Colony Hills will tow your car if you park in a reserved parking spot, even though there is no sign that warns against parking there they will still tow you anyway. Then allow their "tenants" to leave obscene notes on your car and then lie (the property manager lied to me) to you when you attempt to address your concern with them and show them the note.
Do not ever move here, its a rip off YOU'UR Rent does not count the Extra $55 dollar fee for water and trash. If there is a fire you have to call the fire department yourself!?!! There is not a sprinkler system in place to prevent a fire! The parking lot is a car's worst night mare with the random fires, break in's and mass towings when the manger goes around tagging car's.
