Decided to write a review while still be a resident in order to warn prospective residents. DO NOT move here. The high review score is due to folks being encouraged to leave five-star reviews when they’ve TOURED. Take into account the reviews from actual or former tenants. Patrina was amazing she got me in a out my tour and kept it very straight forward 10/10 definitely recommend!
Well its been since June of 2025 since the security door (Hasn't been fixed) A month of my door frame not being looked at aswell with a month without a garage disposal. If you have maintenance were are they? Building is fine for me it's just trying to get help from maintenance is impossible. Our security door has been broken since June 2025 FIX if you want stupid kids to stop running throughout here and causing damage FIX THE DOOR
The response to Connie Dixon's review about her concerns is a "Damn Lie" !!!! They sent an idiot to perform the repair for the first time we reported the bathroom ceiling leaking. Instead of fixing it the right way he packed the 12" x 24" section of ceiling with 2" of drywall filler. Naturally this was going to fail because the actual leak from above wasn't repaired. I met with Kierra Roberts, she was very friendly, personal and polite. She showed me a unit which was nice. But I was looking to tour the townhouse (Delaware). She told me that I could come back on the 28th and it would be ready for a tour. Which I will do, and I hope I have her for that tour. Thank you!
