DO NOT APPLY TO RENT FROM HERE. They refuse to give you your money back. They said 30 days which its been over 30 days. They DO NOT answer the phone. The ONE time they did, the lady lied and said a manager would call me back and nothing happened. I never got a phone call back. Im going up there because they say not to dispute it but if I don’t get my money by tomorrow im disputing and reporting yall as fraud. Any other place gives you it back Asap
The management of the apartment complex is lacking simple communication skills. They don’t return your calls or give you any information about updates on your future lease. We came there a month ago to check availability. We were showed a VIDEO of potential apartments! They explained to us that people were still living there. We decided to pay $ 250 fee to get on the waiting list. Time passed and they still haven’t show us the apartment, but told us that we can move in soon. Are you serious? What kind of management is it?
