Horrible service. I have been trying to reach my provider to refill a prescription and he just stopped answering any of his calls. I tried calling the Director of Operations and he didn't answer his phone either. There is no way of communicating with these people should they decide to not answer their phones. Zero accountability. Thankfully this isn't an emergency....but I can only imagine if it was. Do better for yourself and don't make the mistake I did in trusting this "company??".
