I usually do not leave negative reviews as I tend to look for positive aspects of all companies and my relationship with them. Not only is this negative review merited, it is necessary for potential renters. As a 12 year veteran of the US Army and current airline pilot, I have had the opportunity to live across the country, renting numerous homes and apartments along the way. We spent 3 years at the Colony apartments and I must say I enjoyed living there. Excellent maintenance, never had to wait to get something fixed. The place always clean and very well organized. Security is very good, patrolling all the time giving you a good night sleep. I recommend highly. By the way the ladies at the office very friendly and willing to help. Ask for Miss Jessica and you’ll see.
