My husband & I have lived at Colony for 4 1/2 years & have been very pleased. The frequent upgrades & attention to the grounds keep it fresh & homelike. Maintenance requests (except during COVID) are responded to quickly & the workers are very friendly & helpful. Recently we’ve been taking advantage of the offerings; such as personal pizzas, crepes & breakfast! This should be the community of choice in Richmond! We love it!!

Just recently moved here, the apartments are great, staff are always extremely welcoming and helpful!
We recently moved here from out of state and we could not have made a better decision than to live at Oxygen. The apartment homes look as great in person as they do in the pictures. The floor plans are spacious and modern. We are most impressed however with the quality of the staff. They are always friendly and professional. Both the front office and the maintenance crew are responsive to concerns. We haven't found parking to be an issue.
